I opened a case as soon as my blinker stopped working on August 19th with Morimoto. For some reason The Retro Fit Source took over the troubleshooting. They sent me an adapter that was supposed to resolve the issue. It was an adapter with a white, yellow, and black wire just plug it in and it will fix it they said. I tried to connect it in 3 different locations. I took it to Herbert Automotive here locally as well and he couldn't get it to work either. It hyperblinks on the inside but the actual blinker doesn't blink on the outside passenger side. I prepaid and waited months and months for these to finally get built and shipped out and even paid extra to have them sent by air so I wouldn't have to wait on the slow cargo ship. The last guy i spoke with said he promised the dongle/adapter would resolve the issue. Now I replied on October 31st and it appears a new ticket was opened and they are trying to start the troubleshooting prices all over again. I spent 1300 for the lights, like 150 to expedite the shipment, 300 to get them installed, and now my blinker doesn't even work. It's poor quality and poor customer service. I spent way too much money on these to not be working and am sick of the back and forth with support. Give me my money back or let me come to the TRS shop and have you guys fix the issue once and for all. Or just refund my money I'll take my business else where.
