Want to get treated fair and told the truth? Go somewhere else. I stopped in to look at a truck they had online. Went there, test drove it, everything. They gave me a price that was $4k higher than their advertised price. Then it was $5k higher, then $6k, then $7k. Everytime they walked back to their office, they came back with a higher price. Kept adding extra fees and they couldn't explain why. I asked why their starting price was different from online, and they said it included a $3000 trade in value. Then they said they don't have to honor the advertised price. I've never heard so many excuses. When I told them I would only buy it if they honored their original price, they told me the truck had already been sold and they "didn't realize it". I had been there for 2 hours by this time. I guess they wanted a way out. Well they got it. I won't be back again.
