First we got the wrong room. We specifically asked for a room not facing a wall and got a room with no view. The room was fixed but after 24 hrs. After that we were locked out of our new room. No one would answer the phone. I called from our neighbors room, from my cell... after walking to front desk I got nothing but attitude. I ve been to this resort multiple times. I know the food is terrible but I gave it a shot anyways. Still a big disappointment! Only thing they seem to do right is the French fries. I love coming to the keys but this is ridiculous. Don t waste your time!
