Have been trying to get the power turned back on a...

Have been trying to get the power turned back on at my boyfriend's place (I'm visiting for the weekend) for the last 24 hours! We've called 5 times and even went to the office to talk to them! Some of the outage customer service people have been really nice, other ones, like Nicole, have been incredibly rude and blatantly lied to us. I cannot believe how horrible their service is and really wish there was another electric company he could go through.
