ZERO STARS if that was possible!!!!!!This company is also Qlink Wireless, which is operated with subsidies received from the universal service fund, which is supposed to be managed by the FCC. Once again it would appear our government does not inquire if these funds are being managed properly.
I have sent 4 emails to transfer/port my Sprint cell number over to my Qlink phone, been on hold for so long my battery dies, when finally able to speak to someone who has very broken hard to understand english, they tell me to call back 3 days to have this done, 3 times they have told me this same thing!!! say what??? FCC rules are porting/transfering phone number will be processed in one business day!!!!!!! So someone explain how a business funded with our own government money can not have proper customer service personnel or follow the laws/rules of the FCC!!!!!!
