If there was a 0 STAR I would choose that
- They had us stay in a room that was not what we reserved
-Our wallets were stolen from the room while we were sleeping in the room between 130am-6am and the staff denied our claim but after finding it in a stairwell they showed no empathy
-There were no cameras and per trip advisor they are notorious for things being stolen from guest
-The staff was not courteous or responsive to us and our situation
-Everything is over priced and not worth the taste
-The security was slow to respond
- Amenities such as ice machine were not working in the rooms
-There was no internet/wifi even though it was advertised that wifi was available inside the room.
OUR EXPERIENCE WAS OVERALL POOR AND DISTASTEFUL
