Process is poor, long wait times and empty bays. Go only when it's very quiet otherwise expect to wait a very long time and frustratingly see empty bays which they can't offer out. Should cut waiting times for people to arrive in their booked bays. They could be making so much more money too with a better system and well trained staff. Too chaotic at times and staff seemed uninterested.
