The notice concerns does not concern in any case the store, but the site and management to a non-compliant product return.
I was very disappointed with my last purchase, but mostly, very surprised by the management and the responses to the situation.
A lack of seriousness that I must denounce for other buyers. I practice the trail and participate in some Ultra-Trails. I bought a Bonatti Pro jacket (on the site that was sold at the price of the Pro.) There are two models, the Bonatti Pro 220 and the Bonatti (normal) 170 .
To be concise, the site sold the "normal" Bonatti at the price of the PRO - a difference of 50 between the two - all with the presentation and description corresponding to the Pro.
At the reception, I realized immediately (luckily, other less attentive might have been convinced to have in the hands of the PRO) that it was not the Pro but the " normal ".
I contacted the service to explain the situation and report the problem, as the jacket continued to be sold under the Pro label. I never had an answer from them. During the return, I slipped a letter asking for explanations and a gesture. At no time did I receive at least one word of excuse, and the returned jacket was put back online, as if nothing had been, as before, under the Bonatti Pro label.
Presenting and selling a non-compliant product on a site may occur, but the minimum, it seems to me, was to provide answers to various messages, to apologize, to change the page and a commercial gesture did not seem to me not too much; between 170 and 220, there is a small difference. Here.
