I had a great experience at Mercedes of Pompano Beach FL. I got a great car and the overall car buying experience with David Byles was superior. David was excellent- he had the car ready for us, he was informed about the car, and able to answer all our questions, and he did not engage in the high pressure sales tactics that you tend to find at a lot of other dealerships. In addition, Michael Rodriguez and the service department also really distinguished themselves and showed what it means to provide superior customer service. We had a check engine light with the car on our way home late Saturday evening. We had a long drive and I was concerned, so we called the dealership. When we got back to the showroom 10 minutes later,the service and sales departments were on the job and ready to assist us with the speed and efficiency of a NASCAR pit crew. They got us in, got the problem diagnosed, told us our options, and had us a loaner car, and on our way in minutes. Micahel went on Sunday morning, picked up the parts, and the service department got the car fixed (on a SUNDAY) before noon. This is one excellent all around dealership and one superlative service department manager and team.
