I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from the used dealership 5 days ago, and the entire experience was horrible. The sales person was new and not trained, and the management and rest of the staff didn t bother to help her, even though the transaction took over 2 hours and there was only ONE other customer in there for a short amount of time. I had to pull out my own cell phone calculator to figure out the balance I owed... TWICE. When I tried to voice my concern to the manager, Tim Slaick, he might as well have laughed in my face. His first response to the my email was a very generic, this will be good training feedback for the new employee , then didn t answer to my reply. He only called me after I tried to contact the supervisor. His response was more or less, what do you want me to do about it? They do not stand behind their establishment, or their employees, obviously.
They also tried to add an expensive tire warranty, which I was never informed of, thinking I wouldn t notice.
I ve purchased a sandwich and have gotten more respect from the staff than I did purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
