Manager tried to make things right, which was appreciated. Service was poor overall with us being neglected for most of the night. Icing on the cake, a person that was at the bar pointed their smart phone and took pictures of us as a joke to their friends (staff members) to probably prove a condescending point to us. Person in question was with a staff member, yet they allowed this to happen which I found very unprofessional. It definitely made the situation worse. I truly hope this person in question isn't actually a staff member otherwise it really puts a stain to the brand itself allowing for someone to work in a establishment that should be focused on guest experience and hospitality.
