If I could give this insurance company -100000 stars I would. Horrible adapting to COVID-19. I had a better chance of being bit by a shark than hearing back from them when I emailed or called. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It was a six month process to hear something back and every time I heard something it was completely different from each person. Horrible experience do not waste your time.
