So if this is the bk on monument I promise you dont want to go there. Not only is the customer service extremely rude but the never get my order right or under 15 minutes. And I dont ask for much always say please and thank you but they are just the most hateful employees I have ever seen. I used to be a manager at burger king and my employees were always on time, had a smile on their face & were the kindest at the window and front counter. I've met one shift leader who was kind but the co-managers and GM need to put their employees in place because this is outrageous behavior & to add the cooks dont know how to make the sandwiches right . Point blank. The only reason I ever go to this bk is because it's the closest by my house. I'm even thinking about calling corporate for the behavior of this store.
