I renewed my car insurance by phone with a credit card. I was guaranteed free tire coverage. I don't see the free item on the insurance. I call the call center of Facile (in Albania) and they tell me that it's a gift from Facile with another insurer. I have not received the documents yet and I find that the service does not offer clarity to the consumer. This is the last time I will renew with Facile.
