On our recent stay when we were settling in at 8 pm the TV's picture on every channel was all snowy. After calls to the office and assurances it would be fixed, at 9:30 we informed the office we were unhappy, but going to bed. When checking out the issue was brought up and we were told that we "canceled" the service call and because we booked through a "third party" they couldn't compensate in any way. Unsatisfactory response.
