How is it possible for an ambulance to be called in Bucharest at around 19 o'clock and at 21 o'clock for no ambulance, and for the telephone interview, the coordinating physician tells me that she has 60 pending cases. What does the emergency service coordinator do? What does the minister of health do? Such a situation is intolerant.
