My 15-year-old daughter had a car accident, the ambulance took her to the Villa Scassi emergency room, and after 7 hours of waiting she was visited by two orthopedists. They discussed for 10 minutes whether to operate it or not, in this situation I decided to sign the hospitalization refusal and I took it to San Martino.
