Treadstone is by far the best mortgage company I have worked with in all the houses I have purchased (4). They were timely, answered all questions, and gave sound advice. They even went above and beyond by letting a sellers real estate agent know I was a great buyer. The best part is it took them 2.5 weeks to close.
