We checked both the website and twitter page for any updates prior to travelling due to the weather. There were no messages so assumed the slide would still be operational.

Only once we arrived at the venue did a member of staff inform us of the closure. We were offered to rebook the slide or accept a refund.

I found this extremely disappointing as no prior communication had been made. I feel that the website could have been updated or a tweet published warning ticket holders of the closure.

Only at 13.05, did I receive a call from a member of the team informing me of the closure, our booking was for 13:00. A bit late.
