I bought a CPO car here almost 3 years ago. I ve had nothing but issues with the car and poor service from here. When I bought the car I noticed the right side of the car had been repainted that wasn t reported before they sold me the car. Mellissa Steffey denied me to be able to swap the car out even though there was a 30 day return policy for ANY REASON you aren t satisfied with the purchase. I asked multiple times to speak with a manger above her and was met with rude and non helpful responses. Now I m going to bring it to a body shop and pay almost $2000 to get the body work fixed since BMW doesn t stands behind the car they sell. The salesman told me how they go through everything with a detailed list but that is another lie. I ve had the frequent visitor tag on my paperwork for the first 2 years of owning this car...I ve spent more time at the dealers than driving the car.

Besides that..The service advisors change the prices and I honestly don t think most of them know how a BMW is repaired since I can t get a simple well explained response about issues with my car so I can feel confident my money is being well spent. I recently went here for a 40,000 mile check up that was priced at $77. The service advisor Higor said the $77 charge was for an oil change and not a 40,000 mile check up and that the price is more than $77 for an oil change so he said he had to charge me $89. So what is the $77/40,000 mile check up listed on the invoice for? He honestly couldn t explain and said I would just need the oil change to be up to date.. yea I m confused from that too so I m currently at Sudbury BMW almost an hour away cause I m afraid that BMW Boston will make up more prices that they can t explain.
