I boarded my dog there for a couple of days. I asked if they can give him a haircut before I pick him up. When I got there, he smelled horrible, was not bathed or had a haircut. They even lost the paperwork that said I had even asked. The smaller dogs they had there were literally in kennels in the dark and it was broad daylight. I will never take my dog back again.
