We are on 12/29/17 at 10:30 a.m.
The bus driver number "28264" in the direction of Aix en Provence at the Aix TGV stop refused to take passengers when there were still 10 of us waiting in line to pay for the ticket on the bus stairs.
The bunkers were half empty and the whole rear of the bus was empty. He refused to open the bunkers on the other side.
Another person who was lining up in front of me had put his luggage for 5mn in the hold but he was dropped and the person was able to take his luggage because he reported it to the driver who wanted to leave with his suitcase ...
He kindly told us to leave without justifying ourselves.
It is inadmissible when you pay for a service.
We were on time for the bus so I don't understand this behavior.
You will understand that I am very upset at this deplorable attitude.
If your driver is late it is not the fault of your customers, he has only to stop without stopping.
