The last time I ordered contacts here they forgot ...

The last time I ordered contacts here they forgot to order them and after I asked they forgot again. I waited over a month before I got my contacts. When talking to the staff here about this issue they were quick to blame new employees and lack of training, but never bothered to apologise. I will not be returning here and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
