Would have got 5*, as the cakes, staff are great, but lost one due to the queuing time & if less noisy children/teenagers weren't allowed to linger around the entrance for long periods at a time. If they aren t buying & being disruptive, they should be moved on by staff, as it s off putting for paying customers. Not easy to do, but please be mindful of this.
