I've nothing but problems since before i even move...

I've nothing but problems since before i even moved in to the kings mills location. My apartment is roach infested and I've had to call a exterminator multiple times and I've also had to call customer service and they would send people that did not know what they where doing just to spray some chemicals on the floor where my nephews play at.
I've received two rental agreement violation and now they don't even want me to renew my lease even though i've fixed the issues. I've had no luck in contacting management all customer service would tell me is to send a letter.
