A very long wait, 30 minutes before we even got a menu, despite asking numerous times, an hour before starters arrived, all the children's starters were wrong, some we're still frozen in the middle. Bottomless drinks would take 20 mins to return to the table. Main courses were generally ok, but one was cold on the outside and nuked to death in the middle. Puddings decidedly average. It wasn't even that busy being a Thursday night, so no excuses for the service.
