I came in for a simple bulb and ended up not being...

I came in for a simple bulb and ended up not being able to get to the location of it. The sales and service staff took my car back to remedy my issue and found out that the bulb wasn't the issue to begin with, it was an issue with wiring in the trunk assembly and although they didn't have the time to fix it, they did the entire diagnostic assessment for no cost. There isn't much for them to do until I can get it into service next week but this experience has made me a customer for a long time.... I even had the time to eyeball my next car which might just possibly purchase next week instead of dealing with potential electrical gremlins... VW Passat R-Line will likely replace my VW CC R-Line. Thanks to the Service and Parts guys for the kindness and professionalism you showed me.
