I went into Computer Alliance to get a few things for my computer. They always have a great range of products at good prices.

The staff member that served me was very arrogant and unhelpful. I don't know a whole lot about computers so whenever I asked a question, he would give a rude smart-alec answer.

I found this to be a reoccurring trend after reading reviews.
