HORRIBLE customer service on the phone. It took days for me to establish a new service at my apartment. The first time I called they needed a leasing agreement from my apartment. The second time I called they told me that my apartment number was wrong, the same apartment that I KNOW I live in. They kept saying my apartment number should have some letters in it, despite the fact that I told them that no building in my complex has letters, just numbers. So they wouldn t connect my service because of that. Finally the last call I made to them got my service set for connection tomorrow, but before I could even say thank you, the man hung up in my face.. hopefully that s the end of that and they actually do come connect it. PLEASE DO BETTER BR Water Company! This is not a professional service at all. They don t even say Baton Rouge Water Company when they answer the phone! Very unprofessional.
