While a number of the exhibits tend to be pretty interesting and many come for the robotics, for me the real draw is the Arthur Ganson exhibit. I would recommend against looking up Ganson s work beforehand, so as not to spoil the experience of discovering the work. In any case, the $10 general admission fee is with the Ganson exhibit alone.

Also, this museum probably has one of the most accessible and fun gift shops in the Boston area, which is weird to say. If you re looking for MIT merch, heading down the street to the MIT Coop is a much better bet, at least in terms of selection.
