They need more help at the Concierge because it takes a long time to get somebody to help you at the front desk whenever we checked in was really rude and they put us on the 14th floor but the guy next to us wanted that floor and so they put us on the 12th floor instead
our room is really disgusting I will post photos of this lets me, other than that it s fine I just think it s important for people to see what the room is going to look like
