A must if you're in Lisbon! I went three times and was gonna go for a fourth but the husband said no. His reasoning: we need to try other places while we were in the city (for 4 days). Well, my rationale: they had everything - all the foods we were eating all around Lisbon were here in this giant market. Seafood, ham, pork sandwiches, soup, chicken, Portuguese food, Asian food, macaroons, famous Portuguese egg tart, you name it.

It was also really fun here. There were so many people although Time Out wasn't really rowdy place like I imagined - like the Terminal Reading Market in Philly or that night market in Madrid. Time Out seems a more calmer place to get food, a glass of or beer and enjoy oneself. A classier smorgasbord.

The prices here weren't cheap like you would find at a normal food court/cart either. As I mentioned, it's a more high class place, and the price reflects it. Though nothing outrageous. I mean, I went 3x!!! It's about the same price or slightly cheaper if you had gone to a restaurant. But way more options here. And the atmosphere was just great. You should definitely check it out.

There is also a whole real market side where they sell raw fish, fruits, vegetables, but I didn't really have time to venture much outside the food area.
