If it wasn't for the wonderful and courtiest service that Matthew provided to me, i wouldn't have bought my little golf 2017. I come in the dealership and there was that lady at the back with custumer service and I went to her because nobody came to me and ask me if I needed help. So I asked the lady a question about leasing a car and she was kind of rude and the kind of girl who doesn't seem to love her job very much. She just told me to go find a saleman... I'm not very familiar with those kind of process when it comes to car and i am french which can make things even more complicated for me. AND THEN Matthew came to see if I needed help, and after 2 minutes of talking he asked me if it was better for me i he would talk french which was amazing. He was the most honest salesman i've ever met in my life, he was patient, devoted and really wanted me to be confident in what i was buying. He explain every small details and gave me his best advice so I can make the best decision. He was honest enough to let me know it this was good and this wasn't, etc. that was a very good first experience in leasing a brand new car. I don't regret it. The only thing i didn't like about the dealership was the manager, which was really rude and you can see that he just wanted to make a deal withtout even my consentement or if i likes the price or not. He just wanted me to sign the papers, didn't even bother to say hi how are you. Not freindly at all... But after i went to the financial departement and the director of finance (I'm sorry i don't remember your name) HE was fantastic. We had really good conversation about anything and he was very kind and made all the big burden of paperwork lighter with his funny personnality. Thank you volkswagen to provide me a good experience ! I would recommend Matthew to everyone who is thinking about buying or leasing a volks.!
