This is an excellent team of people !
They are considerate & despite the added challenges of running a high volume business during covid, they manage to keep a really positive attitude & run an efficient business.
Tonight a transformer nearby blew up & the power went out.. I was in my car waiting to be called in with my dog Mama. I was initially bummed because I knew that there was no power to do the X-rays & bloodwork testing for my dog & they mentioned rescheduling at first.. but when I asked the front desk manager Jen, if Dr Kennedy would still do a manual checkup (,bc I was worried about Mama s trembling leg, & tumor that was growing), Jen told me in a very kind manner that she would ask the Dr if she would do the exam.... Good news.. a few minutes later another super friendly vet tech ,Macey, came in to talk with me & took Mama to see Dr K. I was thrilled , grateful, and relieved!!
Dr Kennedy did a small procedure by a battery lit lamp and was able to help with an initial thought about Mama s condition & will be calling me tomorrow to schedule surgery.
It s dark in the building with only the floodlights on, but it didn t stop this awesome team from having a Can do mindset & still try and help as many people as possible!!
I highly recommend you to bring your pets here , knowing that you will receive a high standard of care for you and your fur baby!!
