Usually i dread the car buying experience so when my car was totaled in a Highway accident, I thought, here we go again! I was expected the usual back and forth to the sales manager and plenty of dickering. Instead, I managed most of the transaction online with the help of sales rep Jennings Bryant II. I presented my needs and timeline and was rewarded with a quick response and a reasonable number of options. The price quoted was exactly what I was looking for without any surprises once I walked into the dealership. Jennings' winning personality and willingness to assist won me over and I will be a repeat customer. It is nice dealing with that type of atmosphere.
