I am a regular customer and a contended one too. But what transpired during my last visit puzzled me. I went for an oil change and they found axle/cv boot leaking and told axle has to be replaced and no surprise, it is a big ticket item. Car is still under warranty and I insisted it has to be fixed at no expense. But here comes that part I still don't understand, when I took for repairs they just sealed up the CV boot which is obviously cheaper than axle replacement. Not sure if this is a case of wrong diagnosis or an attempt to make fast buck. The advisor was mostly not available or I was not given a convincing answer. This is one of the rare occasions, I felt I was let down and feel it could have been handled properly.
