I have logged queries and after 2 months no one has managed to resolve my problem ( a simple problem ! I have two properties and the one was converted to fiber in a week and the other with Mweb - nothing !!!!)

No one calls you back
no one replies to an eMail
and online queries are not answered either

Try calling their help line - I have a screenshot of my phone - 25 min and no one has helped me and I was NO 1 in the que !!!!!! ( and the best is there is a recorded message to say their phones are ringing off the hook - Ha - for one call ???
