As a property owner who lives out-of-state, it's reassuring to have Hunter and his team managing my property. Both times, they were able to find qualified tenants quickly so there wasn't a long gap between renters. If there are any issues, they let me know so that it can be taken care of as soon as possible. They communicate and respond in a timely manner, usually same day, which to someone who is not local and can't chase them down, is very important. Based on their professionalism and excellent service, I would highly recommend Marchant Property Management.
