As nice as this place is, the only way to get in, around and out of the spa includes climbing many spaces. The place isn't wheelchair accessible at all nor is it very accessible for anyone else with a physical disability. I asked in person if there was any way for me to access the spa without climbing all the stairs because i have chronic pain and use a cane to walk, but was told in person there was no accessible path. I called on the phone to see if there was some way i could go to the spa, but there really is not way for most physically disabled folks to be included here and no clear information owning up to that on their website or any promise to improve their facility to what i believe is a really basic standard in the future. They shouldn't be allowed to call this place a healing center if it is completely unusable for disabled people.
