Told my elderly parents and me that we had been approved for the government rebate, we didn't understand the process well enough, we were caught out having to pay the full amount. Captain Solar told us a number of times that we had been approved for the rebate over the phone. I am now trying to organise a refund for the second order I've put though with no response. Bad exprience from dodge operators.
