I ve worked around the corner from Fisique for 5 years and am kicking myself it s taken me so long to get in. I ve been working out there he past 6 weeks and am so pleased. The energy and engagement of the trainers is so supportive and makes you feel at home. The classes are great, I spent most time in boxing with Rob, TRX with Greg (Friday class is Killer) and core conditioning with Grace but am looking forward to trying their spinning classes (which I ve heard are awesome) and other classes.

I love that towels and good quality toiletries are provided with day lockers so I don t have to remember my combo lock :)

It gives me a local place to destress from the work day and really take time for me. Thanks guys!
