Very responsive Customer Service.
Del-rentals is managing 2 condos for me, customer service was quick to respond to requirements (e.g. need a copy of the lease for CRA, adjustment to insurance coverage etc.).
I am pleased with the services, the portal, and the ways I can get hold of a representative.
Not need to deal directly with condo/rental related issues, priceless!
