TechWyse is very professional when dealing with their clients. They are punctual when it comes to meetings. They are well organized and are more than capable of answering all of your questions. They really do what they say , as opposed to companies that make false promises. They have all of the support that you need, when you need it. The set up process was very pleasant. The staff at TechWyse are very polite and courteous. They listen to what your needs are, and breakdown it all down and assign the right people on your team who understands your business. My account manager, Mike is fabulous. I know he is there if I ever need anything. They send you an update once a week, which is crucial. Connie is great as well, she makes me look good on the social medium. They take the time to explain things, and show me how it works. I like my team! I am very please with TechWyse and how they conduct their business.
