At first the service dept was doing a great job, but than failed! Jeff Green told me about the after hours pick up, he told me he would have my car ready up front with my paperwork up front, when I got there the girl had no idea where my car was and no paperwork up front, she sent me to speak to a manager named Rick Lund, this man was so un helpful and un willing to help, I was a little freaked out over my car not being ready like Jeff had said and my daughter and new born grandson in the car, Rick actually said to me, if you don' t like what I am doing then you can figure it out yourself, I will go back to selling cars, this is not my department!!! WOW, need I say more :-( I was so disappointed
