I love Rose they are such an amazing hospital. I had my first son there in 2010 and have been taking all my kids to the rose family medicine for their wcc ever since. They have closed the rose family medicine part, and ever since I have been trying to find a hospital I like for my kids. With no success I decided to call rose and ask if they might have another department that would take my kids .The lady in the referral center that i talked to was so rude to me .I asked her if there was a department that would take my kids and she said ok specializing in what so I can look it up and I said I guess a department that would do my kids wcc .Again she said ok specializing in what so I say I'm not sure I guess in children. I'm not sure what your asking me ma'am and Bam she hung up on me .I was so shocked. I have never had problems at Rose. I love Rose. I'm not sure if I should just go to the hospital and try asking that way or something, but I definitely don't want to call again just to get hung up on. But overall thank you Rose for all the awesome care you have provided my family with. When I was dying I went to 4 different hospitals and you guys were the only ones that figured out what was wrong with me and treated me. So I appreciate it all.
