The service was okay. My 3rd time going here since I moved to the area. I went there because there was some noise from the drivers wheel and I figured it was my breaks. They were running a special for break replacement for 179.00 with material included. I thought it was a great deal so I made an appointment at 8:00am. After taking my car in at 8:00am they came back 2 hrs later to me and said yes its the breaks, total will 564.00. I asked but your special says 179.00. The rep said thats only for the front or back but not for the whole car. So there special was misleading in addition it took them 2 hrs just to see what was wrong. After another 3 hrs they finish the work totaling to 564.00. When I got into my car to leave there were grease stains from one of the mechanics on the mesh panels of both the driver and passenger sides. I keep a very clean car and this was very upsetting. They also did a multi point inspection including battery test based on the report they gave me which said my battery was great. Come the next day it took my car 3 attempts to start, which has never happened before. I was thinking cant be the battery if they said it was fine. I took my car to another Honda dealership Cary and said your car battery is completely dead and my car has been running on the hybrid batteries. Very disappointed in their service at Crown Honda. Makes me wonder if they just answer those multi point questions without inspection. In other words i will most likely not be going here again in the future
