Terrible service. Made an appointment for an oil change and was there 3 hours. After I was told that they were pulling my car around, that took 30 minutes. On top of that, I overheard other customers complain about the service. I think I know why they have bad service. They check your car for everything to try to squeeze more money out of you. Why are you giving my car a diagnosis test when I m there for an oil change? So if every customer comes up there for one thing, for them to always check everything, then of course they are going to have you up there longer than you should be.
