Bruynzeel is a super fine kitchen store to do business with. Wide range, good quality materials, clear communication and short lines with customer service if you have questions. Measuring went well, placing the kitchen neatly and the service technician solved some final points for free and neatly. We have compared many other kitchen shops with Bruynzeel (for example Grando, KeukenConcurrent, Brugman Keukens, etc.), but Bruynzeel is head and shoulders above this. We have had the kitchen for 4 months now and are very happy with it! Kobus, thank you again for your time and for the good advice!

What can be improved is that part of the communication is by mail and part by letter. As a customer, I would be happy to indicate a preference in this, so that if I have to look up an appointment period, I immediately know whether I should search my email or physical mail. In addition, customer service works with team numbers. This system works fine because it also makes the contact more personal, only if you do not know your team number, you first have to look in the emails or letters to which team you belong to. It would be nice if you could easily choose between the different teams.
