Professionally they are annoying to work with. They ask my physicians to re-sign paperwork every six-months for access to CAQH because they're a third party liability company. RECREDENTIALING FOR MANY INSURANCE COMPANIES RECREDENTIAL EVERY 2-3 YEARS!!!! APERTURE IS ONLY TRYING TO STAY RELEVENT TO GET THE INSURANCES TO CONTRACT WITH THEM UNESSARILY LONGER! Because of this they are making me do extra work to chase physicians for documents that are not legally necessary! DO NOT SEND ANYTHING TO APERTURE! CALL THE INSURANCE COMPANY DIRECTLY TO SEE WHAT IT IS THEY NEED! APERTURE ASKS FOR THINGS THAT ARE NOT NECESSARY AND WILL LIE TO NO END TO SAY THE INSRUANCE COMPANY REQUESTED IT.
