Hilton Indianapolis Hotel and Suites Reviews

Service, location and size of the room was great; however cleanliness was not the best and the internet was horrible! I m not a crazy picky person, however there were random areas I noticed that could ve been cleaned a lot better, or fixed such as an obvious leak from upstairs above our toilet, one small hole and another wet spot the size of a softball. Random spots on the wall in the bathroom and out, such as water, toothpaste splash, scuff or scrape. The toilet could ve been cleaned better as well. Also, two different light switches didn t work. Would stay again if had to, but probably would try another place first.

I did not stay at the Hotel, We went there for the mind tripping show which was awesome The staff at the hotel were great, they gave us directions on what room the show was in! They were all friendly and helpful They were all masked up
And the place was clean!!!

Everything was great except our phone did not work in the bedroom nor did our remote control in the living room. I also wish that there was turkey meat options on the breakfast menu because the only thing I could really eat for us to potatoes bread and pancakes for $18 every morning plus tip. My room number was 712

Great stay! The room was beautiful and comfortable for my business trip. The valet service was especially good upon my arrival and my departure!

This is an awesome hotel. I love staying here and they always take good care of me. The rooms are huge and far bigger than any other hotel I've stayed at downtown. Definitely recommend this hotel for others.

Staff was great hotel was clean. Down side was the Jacuzzi was closed for repairs and for having the deluxe suite I couldn't understand why it didn't come with a fridge or microwave. Food was great and loved the view out of our 15th floor room.

The room was $260 after paying for $40 dollar parking, but it was just an average room, maybe even below average. There was no face towels in the bathroom, the corners of the bathroom weren t clean, the room itself was small and very blah, and there was not food room service like the site described. Hospitality was an entire different issue, a manager walked past us several times and never greeted us, honestly there was no warm greeting here at all from any of the staff. We never felt welcomed, check in was very brief no information was giving about the hotel, nothing. Then when we checked out no one asked how was the stay of anything - just do you want a receipt okay goodbye. Very disappointing. I would not recommend or stay at this particular hotel again. I ve been lucky to have great hotel stays, but this experience was the worse experience my husband and I have had at a hotel.

Rude management, vent cover not installed, leaking water

Upon my arrival, while entering the hotel from the parking garage, I was told in a gruff tone of voice by who I assumed was management, " You need a mask!".

I had forgotten mine at home while rushing.

There were no mask dispensers at the door for those who have forgotten them like there are at most places in Ohio.

Also, the vent cover in our room was not in place and I have a toddler. This is definitely a safety issue.

We were then issued an "upgraded" room which had a leaky hot water knob that leaked water all over the bathroom counter.

Pool was closed, gym lacked windows... *Sigh*

I loved my stay at this Hilton. While everything was great, I have to mention the workout room. It was filled with a variety of good equipment, was clean, and was a definite value + to my stay.
